The office, situated in Largo Porta Nuova, is open from Monday to Saturday for information, tickets, complaints and lost & found:

Bus station ticket office
It is in Piazzale Marconi and sells all kinds of travel documents. Opening times:
- Monday-Friday 6.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
- Saturday 7.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
Starting form Monday 22nd Aprile 2024, opening times will be:
- Monday-Friday 6.15 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.

Lower city funicular station
It is in Viale Vittorio Emanuele and sells all kind of tickets and weekly passes.

ATB Mobile app
The ATB Mobile app allows you to purchase houly, tourist and Family&Friends tickets directly at the stop. Payment is secure, by credit card and it has no additional cost. Tickets must be purchased before boarding and are valid immediately.
On-board automatic vending machines
Payment can be made with coins or with bank cards enabled on the Visa and Mastercard circuits without commission. The machine do not return coins and do not give change. The tickets are already validated.
