ATB offers simple and clear complaint procedures by responding to written requests within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt, while by telephone it provides answers whenever an immediate response is possible.

Refunds can be requested in writing to the same addresses. Refund conditions can be found on the Mobility Card or consulted on this page.
Automatic compensation will be provided for failure to respond to complaints within 90 days.
Passengers may also make use of out-of-court dispute resolution procedures, or once 90 days have elapsed since the complaint was sent to ATB, lodge a complaint with the Transport Regulator.
